Mitigating Microaggressions: 90-minute training to understand how bias can create intentional or unintentional microaggressions. Learn how to build an inclusive workplace by recognizing and mitigating microaggressions.

Rising in Mental Wellbeing: One-hour training to implement action steps for belonging, self-acceptance, and self-care. You will learn action items for continued learning for inclusion and mental health.

Rising in Pride: One-hour training on the importance of LGBTQ+ inclusivity, gender expression and identity, and the history of Pride.

I have a decade of corporate diversity, equity & inclusion experience, working with Fortune 100 companies to small businesses to non-profits, spanning across North America, Europe, and Asia. Impassioned by my early quest for belonging, I desire to help people feel included and empowered to be their authentic self.
